The 1990 Era

This was a period defined by lightweight chassis, high-revving engines, and a complete absence of modern driver aids. Every input matters, and every lap rewards precision, confidence, and control.

Both cars are different from one another in this pack and have been developed using detailed reference material, ranging from documentation, books, museum visits, discussions and more, focusing on delivering an authentic driving experience that reflects the demands and character of the era.

Formula RSS 1990 V10 (new)

• High-Revving V10 Engine: Approximately 690 horsepower with sharp throttle response
• Lightweight Chassis: Built for agility, balance, and consistent performance
• Raw Driving Experience: H-Pattern Manual control with no electronic assistance This car requires CSP 0.2.7 and above to operate.
• Detailed Production: Developed using real-world racing example and rare documentation

The V10 variant delivers a precise and responsive driving experience, rewarding smooth inputs and consistent rhythm across a lap.

Formula RSS 1990 V12 (initially released 2020)

• Naturally Aspirated V12: Distinctive high-revving character with linear power delivery
• Classic Balance: Stable under load with predictable handling characteristics
• Authentic Sound Profile: Rich and immersive engine tone across the rev range
• Refined Physics Platform: Designed for both competitive racing and driver training

The V12 offers a slightly different personality, combining stability with a more progressive power delivery, ideal for longer stints and consistent lap times.While CSP 0.2.7 and above is expected to operate the vehicle, you can switch to the Standard physics data for non-CSP use.
