3. Product Delivery and Access

All products are delivered digitally via download links made available after successful payment. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their device meets the system requirements and is compatible with the digital files provided. We are not responsible for any issues arising from incompatibility with third-party platforms or software.

4. Intellectual Property

All digital assets, including but not limited to 3D models, textures, sound files, branding, and marketing materials, are the exclusive property of Race Sim Studio Ltd. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of our content is strictly prohibited. 5. Restrictions on Use

6. Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations

All payments are securely processed through our authorized payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree to the stated price and terms of the transaction.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded. Refunds cannot be provided for digital goods after download. Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

• Duplicate purchases of the same product, not including items that are later introduced in price advantageous packages.
• Technical issues confirmed by our support team that prevent access to the non-downloaded, purchased content.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method.
